I would like to know more on what it means to be a woman in Malawi: whether one, is married, single, divorced, or widowed. what are the main challenges that we face. Is it easy to for example to get involved in politics or public life. What has been the stambling block for us as women when it come to getting involved in public life. Please feel free to put forth your comments, thoughts or general ideas.

Many factors surround the obstacles to women being active in public life. But as I see things now, I can see a glimmer of light in many instances largely due to educational advancements and opportunities for women.
